Psalidi View Villa is a lovely modern villa in an exclusive development of only 8 villas, set in a peaceful location with spectacular panoramic views overlooking the Psalidi mountains and surrounding olive groves. Psalidi View Villa is only a short drive to a number of the beautiful beaches on the east side of Rhodes.

The ground floor is open plan and features a lounge area with a large comfortable sofa to relax, a dining table and chairs, a flat screen satellite TV, DVD player, docking station and free Wi-Fi.

The kitchen is well equipped and has a full range of modern appliances, including a large fridge/freezer, a cooker with oven and grill, a microwave, a washing machine, and a coffee machine. There is also an open fireplace and a downstairs toilet/shower room.

A marble staircase leads up to the first floor, which has a family sized bathroom with a bath and shower.

The master bedroom has a double bed and fitted wardrobes (one of which has a small safe). There is also a spacious balcony with table and chairs where you can relax and enjoy the stunning views, a perfect place for enjoying drinks in the evening while you watch the sun setting.

The second bedroom has twin beds and fully fitted wardrobes, and also has a balcony with table and chairs, where you can enjoy your morning coffee and watch the beautiful sunrise.

Psalidi View Villa has air conditioning units in each main room (this is charged extra).

Outside, the garden features a private swimming pool with four comfortable sun loungers, sun umbrellas and a traditional stone BBQ area with a large granite dining table and chairs for outdoor dining.

The garden also has outside lighting, allowing you to enjoy an evening barbeque in style. From the garden you can enjoy uninterrupted views over the countryside to the olive groves and Psalidi mountains.

Our villa is continuously and lovingly updated to ensure our guests have the most comfortable experience.

Safety: Although children are welcome to use the pool, as with all pools, adult supervision is required at all times.

We accept no liability during your stay at the villa. Guests must provide their own holiday and travel insurance. Towels are provided for use in the villa only. Guests are asked to provide their own beach towels.

Location: The villa is located 2km outside the friendly and traditional town of Kalythies. Full directions to the Villa are provided upon confirmation of rental. The local beaches are only a few minutes’ drive away.

Dear Julia and Steve, we have thoroughly enjoyed staying at your lovely villa. It is perfectly situated to go off and explore this lovely island. In the evenings we’ve enjoyed sitting out and watching for the deer to pass through, as well as goats and the odd toad!

The pool has been fantastic! We have visited Rhodes Old Town and eaten at the Lindos Garden Restaurant – delicious! Had a trip to Lindos and eaten at Dionysis restaurant – again delicious!

Enjoyed trips to several beaches – the best being a Agathi beach – with lovely sandy beach. Hired a boat from Rhodes town and enjoyed a great day on the water, visiting Anthony Quinn beach. All in all a lovely holiday and most of all our teenage daughters enjoyed themselves!

The villa offers great accommodation, the bed is very comfortable, great bathrooms, a fantastic array of kitchen utensils, very clean, and the swimming pool is good. Great views which is accompanied by lovely night time lighting, BBQ is good. Central location for great exploration of the whole island, which we particularly enjoyed visiting Lindos, Butterfly Valley, Anthony Quinn Bay and the discovering of many great Greek eateries such as Alinea in Christos, Mamma’s Garden in Psinthos.

Hallo, Die Villa ist ein Traum! Ich habe hier meinen 50. Geb. Gefiert. Der Urlaub war wunderschoen. Was mir sehr gut gefiel: Kamiros, Monet Smith Sonnenuntergang, Tsmabika Kloster und Strand. Wir wuerden sehr gerne mit den Kindern wiederkommen oder mit Freunden. Ich hoffe das klapt. Wir haben in Deutschland gerade sehr viele mit Corona. Hier ist sicherer. Bleibt gesund.
